we had a great stay at the coach house! the staff were super helpful and really made us feel at home, even texting us beforehand with all the info we needed. the twin room we stayed in was lovely, sooo comfy beds n the decor was just gorgeous! we loved the little touches like the brownies on arrival, and breakfast was delicious. definitely will come back!
the bathroom in our room was a bit awkward since it didn't have a door, which might be weird for some. also, it was a bit noisy at night because of other guests.

Charming, beautifully decorated rooms. Golf course nearby is a nice touch. Parking is tight, not much room to maneuver.

It was just an excellent fit for a little getaway in Derby with excellent value for money. The room, en suite bathroom, and furnishings were spotlessly clean and dust free. Make sure to check out the nearby pub for a good evening meal.

I had a fantastic stay, enjoying the delicious breakfast and the honesty bar was such a fun touch. I loved relaxing in the cozy outdoor area with a drink and a homemade brownie after a long day. Just a heads up, only one window opened in my room, but it didn't stop me from having a great time! 😊

We had a delightful stay with our four kids! The kids loved the quirky decor and the cozy snug area with the honesty bar was a hit. Breakfast was delicious and the staff made sure we felt right at home, just like during a previous stay at a lovely B&B.
My children wished there were more kid-friendly activities available.
